Our rustic Italian bowl food features Gusto favourites from our A La Carte menu including pastas, fresh dough pizzas, small bites of our fish and meat fishes plus much more

The Gusto Collection (Buffet)

A combination of hot and cold classics, from fresh salads and deli boards to seasonal meat, fish and pasta specials. Served family style for the traditional Italian experience.

Multi course dining experiences

Our Executive Chef can create fully bespoke dining options dependant on the style and theme of your event, ranging from 3 to 8 course experiences of exclusive Italian sweet and savoury courses.

Drinks

Our fantastic and talented bar team love to get creative with flavours, colours and the intricate details of presenting exquisite cocktails.

Not only do we provide an impressive cocktail experience, we also love to keep things Italian and deliver prosecco receptions with the finest fizz, handpicked wines and bespoke bars with our Italian drinks partners such as Collesi Gin and Peroni to create the best fitting menu to complement your event perfectly.
