Restaurant and Bookings
To book your Gusto Italian experience, head to the button that says ‘book’ in the upper right-hand corner of the page, or simply click the linked text. This will take you to a drop-down list of our Gusto Italian venues. Simply select your desired venue from the list.
You’ll then need to select the number of guests who will be dining with us and the date of your reservation. Following this, you’ll be presented with a number of booking types including our pizza experience, bottomless brunch, Sunday lunch, Chef’s table experience and more.
You may find that your chosen booking type is not available for the date selected, or not available for the number of guests in your party, and you will be unable to click on this booking type if this is the case.
Once you’ve selected your desired experience, you’ll be taken to our booking form, where you can fill out your name, email address, phone number and any special requirements. After you’ve filled out your details and clicked the ‘book’ button at the bottom of the form, you should receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
Bookings will only be regarded as confirmed upon the Restaurant’s receipt of signed Terms, a signed Credit Card Guarantee form, and a deposit (if applicable).
To cancel your Gusto Italian restaurant booking, find the cancel reservation button in your booking confirmation email. This will take you to a page where you can modify or cancel your booking.
Please remember that cancellations on bookings with card pre-authorisation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in an automatic charge of £10 per person, while cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit, which is non-refundable.
At Gusto Italian, we accept payments via credit card, debit card and cash. Deposits, which are required for bookings of more than 7 guests, can also be paid with cash at the time of booking.
We offer private dining rooms at certain Gusto Italian venues. These are not available at all of our locations, so please check your chosen venue in advance.
Our private dining rooms also require a minimum number of guests to book.
All Gusto Italian venues accept Amex payment for both deposits and for paying the bill at the end of your meal.
Well-behaved dogs are permitted on the terraces of Gusto Italian restaurants, and assistance dogs are permitted in all areas accessible to guests.
Gusto Italian restaurants are proudly family friendly, offering a children’s menu for younger diners. Many of our venues can also provide crayons and drawing materials to keep young guests entertained.
Christmas day bookings are available at select Gusto venues. Please check your chosen venue well in advance for availability. We also have a Christmas menu which we serve throughout the festive period.
To alter your booking, please click the modify reservation button in your booking confirmation email. We request that you do not alter your booking less than 48 hours in advance unless absolutely necessary.
At Gusto Italian, we are delighted to accommodate large group bookings. These can include private dining room bookings of at least 10, semi-private hire bookings of at least 30, and full venue hire bookings of at least 70.
Please check the capacity of your chosen location before booking your full venue hire to ensure all guests will be adequately accommodated.
Availability on public holidays varies across Gusto Italian venues. When making a reservation at your chosen venue, dates which are not available will appear in grey.
If you have not received your Gusto Italian booking confirmation email, please check any junk or spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, ensure that all information submitted via your reservation form is correct.
If you have completed the above steps and have not received an email, please contact us.
